Rates
Rates are based per unit per night, single or double occupancy.
All rates are quoted in US$, based on availibility, and subject to changes. Above mentioned rates are excluding 7% room tax but do include:
- daily freshening up service in your apartment
- change of linens and housekeeping services every 3rd day
- daily fresh beach towel
- welcoming refreshment upon arrival (bottle of wine, water and a snack)
No specific rights can be derived from the published rates on this website.
Low season:
Until the 21st of December 2012, with the exception of International School holidays.
High season:
15 October - 30 October 2011

Surcharges per night
Every extra adult (from 12 years) wil be charged a fee of US$ 10 per adult per night
Maximum occupancy 2 bedroom apartment: 4 persons
Maximum occupancy connecting apartment (2 apartments, 4 bedrooms) : 8 persons
Childrens policy
Children up to 24 months will stay free of charge
Children from 24 months - 12 years will be charged 5 US$ per child per night.
At least one adult has to accompany a child in the apartment
Baby bed can be rented for a one time only charge fee of US$ 50
